| Your messages can be up to 3 minutes long

| Your message is viewable for 30 days, or 30 views per recipient, whichever comes first

 | How can I adjust the quality of my messages? |
| At the login screen, click the "Advanced" button. There will be a dropdown that will let you specify the quality at which you record your messages. Remember that higher quality messages take much longer to upload

 | I recorded a video that I didn't like and don't want to send. What do I do? |
| Your message is not uploaded until you click "Upload" on the last page of the wizard. After you are finished recording your message you can click "Play" to preview your message, or "Capture" to re-record

 | I closed Freeport VM after recording a video. When I re-opened the program, my recorded video was gone. Why? |
| Freeport VM deletes any recorded message when you exit the program. Don't forget to send your message before exiting!

 | What cameras are supported by Freeport VM? |
| In general, any camera that works with your version of Windows should work with Freeport VM.

 | What cameras are known to have problems with Freeport VM? |
| Dynex
DX-DTCAM - This camera is advertised to work with Vista, but in our experience it does not.
Hewlet-Packard
Integrated cameras - Some HP notebooks come with an integrated camera. While generally this camera works well with Freeport VM, there have been occasional reports that messages are not actually recorded. If this happens, Freeport VM will notify you that you should re-record your message |
