I have Window 7. I opened advanced options to set the video to high quality. I couldn't see the X on the dialog box. I couldn't close it. I was able to close it by running over the pinned icon at the bottom of the page. When I tried to run the program it wouldn't start. I looked in the task manager process list and saw that the freeportvm process was still running. I stopped it and I was able to start the program but it did not remember that I want high quality. Any help?

I am sorry to hear you had trouble. To close the Options box, click on the "OK" button on the bottom right-hand side of the window. That will save your selection and close the form.
